Our offerings go far beyond Roll Cages. Custom Cages are specialists in tubular manipulation, producing components including tubular chassis, suspension parts, harness bars, and bespoke prototypes, through to production volumes.

Custom Cages headquarters in Daventry, UK, is home to state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, including BLM Lasertube LT652 for high-precision cutting, 4 CNC tube benders, including 2 BLM Elect80 mandrel benders, 3 milling centres and 3 turning centres, featuring the latest Takisawa NEX-108 Lathe and 3 FARO 3D measuring arms and scanners for precision QC and production validation.

This investment ensures that every tube and part we supply, whether it's the first or the hundredth is consistent, precise, and to the design.
