Our machine shop has long experience in producing Motorsport components to a very high standard. The mix of CNC four-axis machining centres and CNC lathes is ideally suited to one-off prototyping, jobbing and small-batch runs. Components range from precision transmission nuts, to complete gearbox housings machined from billet.

Centre lathes:

  • Taiwan Takisawa capacity 250mm(dia) x 500mm(workpiece length)

  • Colchester CNC 500mm(dia) x 1000mm(workpiece length)

Milling:

  • Bridgeport VMC 600 600mm(X), 400mm(Y), 450mm(Z)

  • Bridgeport VMC 460 450mm(X), 300mm(Y), 300mm(Z)
