xThe Audi A4 earned its stripes on the world's most demanding circuits, but to replicate that performance today, you need more than just power. Our Multipoint T45 roll cage is a comprehensive chassis-stiffening program. By weaving an aerospace-grade steel matrix from the front bulkhead to the rear suspension turrets, we eliminate the structural flex inherent in the shell, providing the "laser-guided" handling precision that defined the Quattro touring cars.
Manufactured from BS4 T45. This high-tensile alloy allows for thinner-walled tubing that outperforms thicker CDS steel. It provides a massive survival cell without unnecessarily raising the center of gravity on this tall platform.
As a Multipoint system, this cage ties into the A-pillars, B-pillars, and rear suspension nodes. It effectively "boxes" the entire cabin, neutralizing the twisting forces generated by high-torque engines and modern slick-tire grip.
Designed to the strict tube dimensions and geometries required by the FIA Blue Book.
Developed using 3D scanning technology, CNC Mandrel bent and laser profiled for the perfect fit.

Overview:
Our multipoint weld-in roll cages are designed to FIA minima specification but not for weight saving. However, due to the precision fitment—hugging closely to the body shell—it is common and recommended practice to increase the number of weld points to the bodyshell significantly.
Weld-In Roll Cage Kit Contents
Each kit includes:
- Pre-cut and profiled tubing for easy fitment
- Footplates for welding to the vehicle floor/chassis
- All relevant gussets for reinforcement and safety
- Designed for a tight, accurate fit
These kits are ideal for race car builds, rally and track-day cars, or any high-performance application where structural integrity and safety are critical.
Roll Cage Certification
xA roll cage design must comply with the MSA/FIA technical regulations published in the MS UK Blue book. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure his/her roll cage complies with the technical regulations appropriate to the event they are competing in.

- Buildmaster included — every Roll Cage part has a unique sticker ID to help locate the correct part; this is used during checking and packing and is signed off twice
- Important documents – declaration forms and fitting guides included
- Unique ID plaque – do not lose this; the ID plaques are unique to each individual cage kit and must be welded to the cage during installation
- Installed images are available on request
