For compact competition builds where cost, compliance, and fit all matter, this Peugeot roll cage is a Multipoint CDS kit for the 107, supplied with FIA certification for eligible use. It gives drivers a more cost-effective route into a fully certificated multipoint cage than the International T45 version for the same car, while keeping the engineering process and installation accuracy that a small chassis demands. For teams building a Peugeot 107 roll cage on a controlled budget, that balance is the key advantage.

The 107’s compact cabin leaves little room for vague tube placement, so the cage is developed from a full 3D scan of the chassis and validated through FEA testing at an independent FIA test house before manufacturing starts. The CDS specification reflects the cage level and price point, not a shortcut in safety thinking: this is still a multipoint, FIA-certificated structure designed for circuit, rally, and track-focused builds where the final installation needs to meet the relevant regulations.

Every tube is laser profiled and CNC bent for accurate fit, helping the kit locate cleanly around the tight interior. We manufacture the cage in-house using CNC laser-cut tubes, laser-cut and folded footplates and gussets, with production supported by our laser cutting services and CNC tube bending capability. A weld test sample is supplied so your welder can demonstrate competency before working on the cage.
