¡Todo esto debe ir acompañado de seguridad! Hemos desarrollado una jaula antivuelco T45 FIA atornillable
Usando pruebas FEA para optimizar tanto el peso como la integridad estructural, incluyendo pruebas de carga lateral para mayor seguridad del conductor, mayor protección contra impactos laterales con barras dobles en las puertas. Las jaulas antivuelco tradicionales se montan en el riel superior del chasis, mientras que este modelo se monta en el riel inferior del chasis, proporcionando mayor protección para las piernas inferiores. También desarrollamos un cruce trasero opcional para los soportes traseros, que ofrece mayor resistencia abarcando el espacio entre el chasis superior e inferior en la parte trasera, y una barra Petty desmontable para un solo ocupante para mayor protección en caso de vuelco.

Engineered with high-performance materials and optimized geometry, they deliver maximum strength with minimal weight — often up to 20 kg lighter than minima-compliant designs, as they are often designed with smaller diameter and thinner gauge tube.

Bolt In
Key Features of the Bolt-in Roll Cage Kit:
- Quick Installation:
- These kits offer a convenient way to install a roll cage in a car, especially compared to weld-in kits.
- Installation is simplified as it mostly requires bolting, with welding needed only for the footplates.
- Strength and Lightness:
- Using our FIA Certified Lap-Joints: These lap joints are a key feature, offering stronger and lighter performance compared to traditional fixings. Their design also makes them nearly invisible once the cage is painted.
- Footplate Design:
- Traditional footplate boxes are not used due to their unacceptability in international events, replaced with underfloor doubler plates, which are more robust and secure.
- OEM Mounting Points:
- Some of our bolt-in designs utilise OEM mounting points in the body shell. This method is not suitable for MSUK or FIA-sanctioned events — please contact the technical sales team for further details.
- Fixing Points:
- Depending on the car’s category and model, there are up to 14 fixing points.
- High-Quality Fasteners:
- The kit uses high tensile 12.9 grade fixings, which are strong, durable, and included with the kit.
- Coating Options:
- The kit can be supplied either with a powder-coated finish for extra durability and aesthetics, or in plain steel, which can be customized by the installer.

xA roll cage design must comply with the MSA/FIA technical regulations published in the MS UK Blue book. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure his/her roll cage complies with the technical regulations appropriate to the event they are competing in.

- Buildmaster included — every Roll Cage part has a unique sticker ID to help locate the correct part; this is used during checking and packing and is signed off twice
- Important documents – declaration forms and fitting guides included
- Unique ID plaque – do not lose this; the ID plaques are unique to each individual cage kit and must be welded to the cage during installation
- Installed images are available on request
