Any order submitted via the Custom Cages website will be deemed provisional until accepted by Custom Cages. Expected delivery date will be given if the order is accepted by Custom Cages.
Product availability will be dependent on stock availability and production lead times. Stocked cages should be despatched within 5 working days. Non-stock items may have lead times of approximately 2-3 weeks for T45 roll cage kits and 2-3 weeks for CDS roll cage kits. Payment online by the customer is not a guarantee of the delivery timeframe.
Shipping fees and all customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of a single roll cage kit, to a mainland UK address only, is £45+VAT. Other UK addresses, such as Channel Islands, will incur additional shipping charges. Custom cages reserves the right to request payment for additional shipping costs if the order is supplemented with accessories that are added to the order. All overseas shipping costs must be quoted by Custom Cages. An overseas shipping quote is valid for 5 working days only. Shipping quotes will require the full delivery address and a contact phone number for the shipping company. Deliveries to EU countries also require a VAT and an EORI number for customs.
Any roll cage quotation or estimate issued by Custom Cages, whether verbal or in writing, is an invitation to the Buyer for him/her to agree to the terms and no order in pursuance of any quotation or estimate shall be binding upon the Company unless the order is accepted by the Company in writing via email. Roll cage quotations issued by the Custom Cages are valid for 2 weeks (10 working days) from the date of the quotation. Custom Cages reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any quotation at any time before acceptance without notice.
Any lost items can be replaced at the cost of the customer. Lost Roll Cage tags will be dealt with on a case by case basis and an admin fee along with ID Tag fee will apply. Lost or replacement certificates may be issued by Custom Cages if appropriate details can be provided and verified. The minimum cost will be £60 plus the fee for recorded delivery postage to the customers’ address. Custom Cages reserves the right to refuse the reissue of a lost or replacement roll cage certificate should the required information not be presented.
It is imperative that you follow the installation procedures as specified in the document “Roll Cage Kit Certification Process”. If you do not follow the correct certification installation process, Custom Cages reserves the right to refuse issue of a ROPSD or FIA Certificate. A weld test kit is supplied with the roll cage kit and should be completed by the roll cage installer. The Declaration form also supplied should be completed by the installer, signed and returned to Custom Cages along with the weld test sample. The installer can MIG or TIG weld the sample, whichever he is more competent with.
Custom Cages recommends your installer uses the correct welding wire for the roll cage material. Details can be found on our website and can also be purchased in the accessories page of our website. Please note that our cage kits should not be modified or changed without authorisation from Custom Cages. Any modification or alteration could result in failure of the certification process and refusal for the issue of a certificate.
The design of a Custom Cages roll cage must not be copied by any unauthorised persons unless permission is granted by Custom Cages in writing.
Any copying of a Custom Cages roll cage may result in the refusal of future orders.
Our roll cage kits are designed to be installed with little or no modification to the parts supplied. Please contact Custom Cages before you modify any parts. Modification of parts without prior agreement may result in the refusal of acceptance of roll cage certification. Any parts that require replacement due to customer alteration without prior agreement may, at the discretion of Custom Cages, be replaced at full cost to the customer.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned to Custom Cages within 7 days of receipt. This is subject to the following conditions:
Custom Cages is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Please advise our Sales team of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
*The restocking charge is made up of costs incurred from unpacking the product, verifying the contents are complete and undamaged, and repacking the product to ensure it is suitable for resale.

If payment is not made by the due date, Custom Cages may suspend all further deliveries until the required payment is made or cancel the order so far as any goods remain to be delivered.
Custom Cages reserves the right to resell the goods if payment is not made before or on the due date.
Non-account holders may pay by bank transfer, cheque or credit card prior to the release of the Goods or Service. Payment by cheque shall not constitute payment until the cheque is honoured.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
